If you are frustrated or have anger towards others or hold on to resentment, here are some affirmations to help you…. Say them a couple of times a day and think them in your thoughts as visualizations. Use the visualizations to forgive others and let go of the past…. Do this for 30 days and you will feel much better!!!! Doing this will reset your Subconscious mind!!! 

Although others have caused me pain, I forgive them and let them go

I release all negative emotions, resentment and anger

I now align with my highest spiritual path

I forgive and forget the wrong that was done to me

I now live fully in the present and the past has no affect on me at all

I make peace with anyone who has hurt me, they are free and I am free

I realize my parents did the best they could with the knowledge and understanding they had, I release all resentment and I embrace love and understanding
